Heres the deal, i have both artifacts in my capital, defeated all other civs, revealed all map.. now what???

There are three pieces. Details on the third may be in your quest list.

As is hinted in the quest info, The Illians already have the Blade.

If you defeated all other civs the blade may be in one of your cities, just not the one with the the hilt and crossguard. Once you find all three bring them to a city with a Forge.
