We are now at war with epsilon, they have a large force outside Mycene. Plus they have 2 galleon (another one may have been spotted by Innovia), which i think are going to Reading.

Therefore, i am moving troops to Mycene and Reading, toat least slow the advance down.

I know it isn't going well, and I'm sorry to Epsilon. Joe is the only person we have who can play the save, so if he doesn't, that's it.

Hi - An epsilon guy emailed me to say you were desperate for a player. If someone will tell me where I can get the save and password for the team, I'm willing to give it a shot, even if it's only a bailing job.

Yes, we are desperate. Do you have civ 1.61? If you have BTS, then you will have 1.74 and not be able to play. If you can play, the save is in our gmail account.

Before you try this however, we should check with Joe Harker, our turnplayer at the moment. Send him a PM and ask if or when he may need help playing the save.

I have an idea (game related), retreat all troops to Pennasyla (sp) and fight them in a concentrated area to defend, we may stand a better chance.

That would mean abondoning Short Line but will save our troop numbers.

I have the save file but I need time to look things over. Took the evening to reinstall 1.61.

I've looked over the save. Short term, hang on to BO until forced out and draft as many rifles as you can there. Switch all production to military and MM for as many hammers as you can. The priests are useless, put them to work.

Short Line is toast but you need to slow the approach down with cultural borders.

I'm all set to play turns now, so just let me know when you would like me to step in.

Who are friends and who just want to stop Epsilon?

Innovia, are our major friends, we have a tech deal, if you look through our messages to innovia, you will find a tech plan for both our nations. They are also sending aid, by giving us units

Aloha, we are also friends, but they are in the same situation as we, but with Piffle invading them.

Piffle, barely had any contact or deals with them, and since they are at war
with aloha, this is likely to contiue(sp).


Personally, i think we should make a tactical withdrawal to Pennseyla (sp) and fight them there, in a small battlefield, we may stand a chance.

Madras is was going to be the city we fought back from if all our other lands got conquered. Do not let Epsilon, or anyone else (except maybe Innovia) know its location, and any new cities must not be west of Madras, not yet anyway.

Can someone please play the save. My computer crashed, an although it is back up, it won't accept the dual install, therefore i am unable to play the save

I'll pick it up tonight. Any instructions?

My dual install has been updated by the last patch to BTS, so I'm getting the modified assets with it. I'm afraid it would be days before I find the time to try another install and I don't think I could keep things going. Sorry that I can't help out.
