The AI built the Apostolic Palace when I had a state religion that was different at the time the AP was built. After I converted to the AP religion I become a full voting member and am entitled to get hammers for my state religion temples, monasteries. But, I never got these hammers, even after I got control of the Palace (by voting, not conquest). I think this is a bug, or else I don't understand how this works, exactly.

I saw the same behaviour and I believe saw another report of the same. I'll see if I can drag up a save.

You don't get hammers from temples, only monasteries.

Please do! That would help (although Alexman did mention somewhere that they found a bug like this with the AP - but it would be great to give another example, so they can confirm its fixed)

You get hammers from all non-obsolete religious buildings - temples, monasteries (before Scientific Method), cathedrals, and shrines.
