I just baught BTS today and tried to install it but durring instalation a screen pops up with an x mark that reads "the patch failed to install! aborting instalation''

I have a dell pentium 4 with 2.39 GHz, 2.00GB of ram. I have derect x 9.0 and my graphics card is a ATI Radion 9550.

I uninstalled some of my programs and games that I hardly use, then tried uninstalling CIV4 and tried reinstalling it again with the BTS but no luck. What must I do to fix this problem?

That's strange... all those numbers look like they ckeck in... but do you have june '07 redist or what DX 9.0C?
