My bet goes to Italy or England. (well i am English)

Italy if they win their group will have a easy time getting to the final

I thought England would be hard pushed to get first in their group. So this would mean that they would face France in the second round. However having seen their first game I think we can take them. Our rivals then would probably be Argentina (due a victory over them), Portugal (good but not unbeatable), Germany (5-1), Brazil (always a threat but dodgy defence) and possibly Cameroon (strong but also lacking at the back). The biggest problem I can see is Italy who I think will eventually raise the trophy.

Slovenia beat France the world champions, the favourites, so it could be said from this that they have a good chance as any to win it (although very unlikely :lol: )

I voted for Argentina. Where I am the live games are on tv around 4:00 and 6:30 AM :mad:. I'm surprised no one voted for France with them having the no. 1 ranking.

Argentina. Very exciting and unpredictable WC, overall, so hard to say surely.

I'm going to go with Italy since they have the greatest chance of getting to the final and then they only need to get one great result against the other finalist.
