As it has no governor Domestic is asserting it's control over it this thread is for the following:

On behalf of the Culture Department, I recommend changing to a Library, as Chondote is our only city without culture. If we can change the build queue, I will recommend that we rush it from the culture budget.

I would like to thank Governor eyrei for his recent help with NEP! I asked the domestic leader to refund CAP. I do hope the governor of Chondote will help in this lobbying effort! :)

I recommend Chondote now build a temple, to increase our culture and hopefully persuade nearby cities to join this province.

I agree with your choice of a temple in Chondote, Justus II. But I believe SKILORD went on Vacation to the Bahamas and won't be back until the 26th of June.

I appeal to the Domestic Leader or the President to step in if possible and change the build queue, or call the question for a vote.
