I wanted to post this WIP of Mr Grim himself, the skin's maybe finished but I haven't figured out yet how to put the pointy bit on his Scythe

He'll look super when finished. I'm sure one of the nif-view guys can help you with the blade.

don't the Mongol Camp Settler guys from Warlords have a "scythe" type weapon.
I don't think its as curved as a Scythe is, but it could be a good base.
