how do you upload your own avatar? cant find it in avatars. Went to "upload" and cant find how to bring it to your avatar.

I believe that

a. there is a specific forum dedicated to these kind of questions: http://forums.civfanatics.com/forumdisplay.php?f=19
b. you need a certain number of posts to be able to have a custom avatar. Before that, you'll have to go with a Civ one. Some people like to keep the civ avvie for a long, long time :)

30 days and 30 posts are needed before you can have a custom avatar and user title. Also, threads like these are best started in Site Feedback. :)
