I'm on a game with a buddy, and i created a commercial society, i can expand it to my territory but not on the strangers ones (but here, that's not a bug i think, just that i didn't well understood).

The problem is my buddy also created a society, but he can't build dirigeants on the main town !
When he founded the society, a dirigeant was summoned, but this one cannot propage the society on his others towns, the button just doesn't exist.

I prefer you to try the savegame and choose the holand; the situation is that he also captured a Capac town with a founded society, and he cannot propage this one neither :/ I don't understand ! It isn't logical, so i think it's a bug !

The problem is he is running the state property civic, which blocks almost all corporate effects. While you can found new corporations while running state property, you can't build executives, and the corporations in your cities will have no effect.

It's arguable whether you should be able to found a corporation at all under state properety, but being unable to spread them in that situation isn't a bug.
