If i choose that feature i cant buy anything.
The program seems to start in World builder with a window with Advanced start features but i cant buy anything.
If i start the game the program determines what cities Units and enhancements i get.
I cant choose anything.
Is this a bug or do i something wrong?
According to manual i should be able to buy cities units and Technologie.
I can choose technologiy and cities but i cant buy one nor determine where to place a citiy.
I have BTS 3.01 final release.
Can someone give me a hint whats wrong here?

You must first build a city. So the first thing you do is click on the tile you want to build the city on. After that, you can do anything (tech, units, improvements, etc)

You must first click "ok" if the tip screen is still on.

It happened to me once. I couldn't click on any button because picture was frozen. After some time and several "panic" clicking on mouse button landscape appeared but I have already "bought" cities and buildings. Then I restarted CIV and everything was fine...
