Is there a way to make some modells smaller? I'm playing right now a mod for civ4 BTS but some of the models are too big it kinda ruins the game for me.

Is there any way i can modify their size in a .XML file ?

Check the ArtDefines_Unit XML file and fiddle with the fscale.
