When starting a new game, everytime I click the India radio button at Civilization selection, I immediately get a CTD before the choice of Indian Civs is displayed..

I'm running patch 3.03 and have had no other CTD problems that I'm aware of.

Is Ghandhi's oversized head just too much for my GeForce 7900 GTS GO?
