WORLD WAR II 1937-19??:

Summer 1937 - France invades Netherlands, Greece invades Hungary. British invade Brittany in a seaborne invasion. Russia proclaims Armed Neutrality towards Axis Powers, but also makes economical support of Allied Powers.

Autumn 1937 - Franklin D. Roosvelt is the new President of WSNA. Recruitment Drive in Virginnia. Dutch threaten French with a super weapon that they pretend to have, but they actually were just working on it. British start working on their own Atom Bomb. Land Invasion of Northeastern France by British begins. Russian-British Petroleum-Rubber trade is opened. Much of Hungary is overrun by Greeks, and British attempt of Seborne invasion of West Hungary fails. Greeks invade British Arabah and overrun Hejjaz and Kuwait.

Winter 1937-1938 - Germans invade Tripolitania. Anti-Fascist violent protests in St. Petersburg occur, but they are stopped peacefully by Sergei's speach. Duma and the people of Russia consider war agaisnt Greece. Kriegsmarine take the fortress of Gibraltar, but at large expense, and probably only thanks to the French being distracted to Normandy. Quebecan preparations for landign in Iceland begin. Economyis ajusted to war-time mode in Quebec. Among the new programs taken by Quebecian are: Atom Bomb Project (which was soon cancelled) and Naval Expansion Project. Mutual Defence Pact, NAFTA, was formed between WSNA and Quebec.

Autumn 1938 - Virginnia begins work on it's own Atom Bomb. Hungary's counteroffensive in Budapest has faield, but their counteroffensive was a success in Transylvana. Greeks make some more advance in Saudi Arabia. Russians invade North China to defeat the fascists and establish buffer zones under Chinese Nationalist Control.

Summer 1938 - NATO (North American Treaty Organization), is formed, on the following charter:

NATO CHARTER

1) The Western States of America(WSA) will provide the plans to their tanks, and provide uranium and other raw materials from the vast American west.

2) The Virginian Empire will provide the plans for its tanks and U boats, and raw materials.

3) Alaska will provide the plans for their tanks, aircraft carriers and U boats.

4) Quebec will provide the plans for their tanks, U boats and work on aircraft carriers.

5) All nations will work together in the Nevada Desert on the Manhattan Project, the development on a nuclear weapon.

6) All nations will share the cost of the atom bomb, but WSA will shoulder 50%, the Empire will pay 25%, Quebec will pay 15% and Alaska will pay 10%.

7) All nations will compile the plans for each technology into a basic design for all, which will be built at major manufacturing sites in each nation.

8) If one nation is attacked in North America, the others will help.

Massive militia recruitment begins in all British colonies. British begin working on Atom Bomb. Russia joins the Allies. Chervakov: "Good always wins, Allies are the Good, Axis are the Evil!" German attempted offensive agaisnt French has faield, and French klaunch coutneroffensives everywhere, pushing Germans back to coast in Lybian Front, retkaen Brest, invade Normandy and crush British Eastern Offensive. French also besiege Antwerpen and take Brussels after Year-Long Siege. German-Hungary Transylvanian Counteroffensive has besieged Bucharest. Molnyenosnaya Woyna is waged in China by Russians, and much of Fascist Army is in pockets. Beijing is still under fascist control... Russian forces are sent to all fronts. Russians conquer Greek Caucasus, and they also encircle Greeks at Varna Pocket, thanks to cooperation between Russian Balkan Army and Russian Black Sea Fleet.

Autumn 1938 - General Jules Delacroix makes a coup in Quebec, to establish democracy and enters troops into all cities and occupies the governemnt buildings. Neogtiations between Allies and Quebec begin. NATO sends forces to aid General Jules Delacroix. Electionary Monarchy is established in Alaska, with King elceted each 5 years. Greeks send an expedition to China, to help Fascists. They also build trenches on the front to halt Russian offensive. Quebec falls into civil war between Fascists and Military Elite. Jules Delacroix signs a peace with Allies, demilitarizing Greenland and Iceland. Quebecian Fascists overrun West Iceland. Russo-German-Hungarian coutneroffensive at Budapest finally push Greeks back to Hugnarian coastline. Greek spies infiltarate Germany and Persian in order to inspire fascist rebellions. In Persia, it succeeds, and Shah is arrested. Battle for Manitoba begins between Quebecian Fascists and Military Elite.

Winter 1938-1939 - NATO sends troops to aid Delacroix at Manitoba. WSNA and other NATO troops link up in Southern Manitoba, starting the battle with a major victory. Special Armored Corps, Greek Elite Unit, is sent to Hugnarian Front. It quickly reetakes Bucharest. This is followed by coutneroffensives throughout Hungarian Front. Germany begins massive recruitment of people throughout their empire, and enters war-time economy mode. Germans invade Southern France and assault Marsailles. Russian Elitnaya Gvardiya takes Trabizond. Mosul and it's oilfields fall to Russians. Bucharest is also soon retaken by Russians. French leader Francois hires terrorists to bomb targets in UK.

Spring 1939 - By official Act of Renaming, WSNA are renamed to United States of America (USA). British arrest Fascist Officers captured in Iceland and trial them for war crimes. NATO forces advcance in Quebec. RN begins to bombard all the French European Ports. Battle at Lyons: French 1st DCR is destroyed by Germans and province of Lyonaiis is occupied by Germans.3 pieplien bombs explode in Liverpool, a lot of soldiers are kileld or wounded. British counteroffensive in Normandy begins, but it is a failure, as much of French escape without combat after soem defence at Caen. UK Marines and Paratroopers land around Paris. It soon falls. NATO makes trade embargo on French. Sarajevo falls to allies. Quebecians build their first Aircraft Carriers. German attempt to land in Sicily fails, but they withdraw with almost no casualities. Skaz&Smotr (TV) is invented and first demosntarted at World's Fare in St. Petresburg. Persia joins the Axis. Chinese Civil War is over with Republican and Russian Victory! General Chugunov besieges Baghdad.

Summer 1939 - Germans take Gibraltar. German attempt to land in Albania fails. Germans invade Southern Spain towards Malaga and take it. Amsterdam is retaken by Dutch and German troops. German troops dig in on all German-French Borders, fearing French counterattack. Discussions begin in British Parliament about granting independence to South Africa. Operation "Lizard": Alaskan invasion of Fascist Quebec begins. It's partiallly succesful, NATO manage to overrun Manitoba but fail to end the fighting Quebec. Germans occupy much of Persian Afghanistan. Balkan Front stabilizes right outside of Adrianople. Baghdad falls to Chugunov, and promises independence to Iraq. Operation "Going South", Russian invasion of Persia begins with capturing of Teheran by Morskaya Druzhina (Marines).

Autumn 1939 - Operation "Nomad", Invasion of Balkans by Allies begins. NATO declares war on Axis. Hungarians take Belgrade. Alaskans land in West Sicily, but landing in Tripolitania fails. French attack on Paris fails,and Normandy with Paris beaches merge. Chugunov's Russians and other Russian forces in Persia also merge, and it's followed by all-out offensives all across Persian Front. Operation Tetris: Seaborne invasion of Greek Anatolia by Russsians is followed by the advance alogn the coast by main forces, udner brilliant leadrrship of Marshall Kolchak, howevrer Scutari Beachead is captured by Greeks.

Winter 1939-1940 - Alaskans land succesfully in Tripolitania, and Germans advance southward. Virginnian invasion of Portugal is soon stopped, but htey maitnain a great beachead. Persians begin to modernzie their army. Greek assault on Baghdad fails to retake the city, but inflicts heavy casualities to Russians. Greece laucnhes massive propoganda campaign agaisnt Allied soldiers. Greek Special Forces defeat defeat Russians and Hugnarians on western portion of Balkan-Hungarian Front, and even hold off from counteroffensive of German elite forces. Persians begin coutneroffensive everywhere, but soon stop the one in Iraq. Everywhere else they are victorious. Alaska swithces to war-time economy. Alaskans advance in Sicily. Greeks manage to occupy all of British Arabah. Iraqi National Army (INA) is formed undr Al Armasah an Arab officer in Chugunov's Army.

Spring 1940 - Operation Desert Sytorm begins, as British pour into Hejjaz and Palestine, and surround a lot of Greeks in a pocket. Adrianople falls to Russians. Battle ofr Aantolia begins, as thousands and tens of thousands men die from both Greek and Russian sides, but Russians mange to capture all the required territory.

Summer 1940 - Jerusalem falls to British, bur their adance is soon stopped in Lebanon. Russians invade westwards to help the British in Operation Desert Storm, cutting Greek Middle East in two.

Autumn 1940 - French government capitulates. Persia is overrun by Russian and German forces. Greek forces in Desert Storm Pockets surrender. This is followed by massive offensives on Greek fronts and reach Mediterranean.

Winter 1940-1941 - Russian peace offer is sent to Axis powers.

The British marines hearts thumped loudly as their landing craft neared the coast of northern france. It was the largest amphibiouse drop in the modern world, with 600,000 men and women all transported by the Royal. It was also a short trip, right through the Enlglish Channel. Along with the huge man power, 400 tanks were being shipped over, 4 per landing ship. Behind protecting the landing crafts, were 5 battleships, 30 destroyers, 10 cruisers, all bombarding the coast. One aircraft carrier in the distance, gaurded by ten destroyers and 50 cruisers, also sent bombers to clear the beach front. When on the beach, orders are to secure a base of operations for the allies, five square miles.

President Rex won the elections with 74%. His opponent was the president that ruled the 5 years before. Pres. Rex promised that he would "put Alaska on the world map" and that Alaska should prosper during his period(s).
The first order from Pres. Rex was to increase fundings for the military. The military was working on a secret weapon that could, when finnished, cause mayor damage.
Pres. Rex ordered the creation of 1 long-distance Aircraftcarrier. It should be ready in 2 years(8 rl days). President Rex also ordered the enlargement of the small army that Alaska posessed. It should be ready within 1 1/2 year(4-6 rl days).

Oh and IceEye: YES I DO INTEND TO DO IT REALISTIC.

Battle at Brest: British have succsfully taken beachead in Brittany, even as they could have simply invaded from Normandy which was in their control since WWI.

"Rodina!" - exlaimed Chervakov - "It's our golden age, whic was restored after Great Depression. We won WWI! But we won at large cost. We however condemn Greek and French recent agressions, like annexation of Republic of Sicily, forcing the withdrawal of Russian and German occupation troops from Georgia, and now - war against Hungary and Netherlands. We would not fight, but we will support Germany and UK economically, since we have right to as a sovereign nation."

Russia proclaimed Armed Neutrality with the Axis Powers. But Sergei was also considerign other options...

I do beleive it would be in our best interests that we keep Russia out of this war. In the Great War, as you remember, Russia was able to take Chechnya & the Southern Ukraine from the Greeks, as well as other territory. I do not want the Russians to have a chance at Constantinople or the Dardenelles. Such a thing would cause a balance of power that would be unfavourable to us.

On the subject of greece, do your best to drive them out of the Sinai penninsula and Iraq. Let's keep them nice and landlocked.

EMPEROR RICHARD IV CORONATED AT GRAND PALACE IN RICHMOND, MOST NOBLES IN ATTENDANCE IN FIFTY YEARS.

Richmond, Virginia - The coronation of Emperor Richard Jefferson Cooper IV was held yesterday at the Grand Palace, marking the seventeenth emperor to take power, and the 100'th anniversary of the Empire.

Numerous nobles were in attendance, many important figures in the Imperial Council here in Richmond. Over 70 nobles were in attendance, from the Baron of Susquehanna and the Catskills, to the Marquis of the Carolina Coast. The Emperor took the oath at 12:12 pm, in accordance with tradition, and greeted crowds with the ceremonial scepter of state in hand at 1:00. The Emperor is the fourth of the Cooper family to hold the royal title, the first being Emperor Richard the Strong in 1889.

The Emperor delivered a short address to the Imperial Council at 3:30, outlining his vision for our glorious empire and the course it will follow during his reign.

"Our empire shall continue to stand as a testament to the excellence of imperial government when placed in the right hands. This empire has endured because the foundations are sound."

Speaking next on foreign policy, he added "I wish nothing but peace to exist during my reign, but any potential enemies of our empire must know that the Virginian's hand is always ready to take up the sword to defend themselves. The base was established, only two miles from Normandy, giving the allies a good grip on Northern France.

-Attack Greek colonies of west Africa with 50,000 men and 100 tanks. Bombard with bombers for however far the bombers can go leaving and landing in English-controlled areas.
-Begin research on Atomic Bomb.

While I will aid your armies, and I am thankful for allowing me to use iceland for the greenland invasion, I must ask you something. Are you using an old map? Greece hasn't had colonies since the great war! The light greenish areas on the African map are Dutch colonies. In fact, the only part of Africa which doesn't belong to the allies is libya (french), which I am in the process of invading.

Alaska starts massive assault.
The alaskan army today started a massive assault to drive the fascists into the sea. After heavy bombardment from bombers and ships 10 tank divisions spearheaded fascist defenses and began operation "Lizard". The area was only lightly defended as most fascist supporting troops were on Greenland. Paratroopers and Marines dropped/made landfall on Greenland and set up a base to bring in more troops. The Army is currently starting to attack Paris to get it back from the british scum buckets. They regrouped after the retreat a week earlier. This time the air force and navy will help get paris back. The city of paris also has erupted into caos after a baker threw a rotten french briguet(french bread) at the occuping force. The city had mass riots and the people demand the brits get out now. The people have also said if the army tries to take back paris back they will help them. Russians have quickly advanced in Persia, and then Chugunov advanced eastward, and then Operation "Tetris" was launched. Morskaya Druzhina has landed on the whole Anatolia's northern coast, while main Russian forces in Anatolia have advanced along the beaches, picking up the marines. At first, Marshall Kolchak, who commadned the operation, hopped for an easy victory, but Greek resistance toughened in Amasra, and Scutari beachead was soon crushed by Greeks. But Oepration Tetris was success everywhere else.

Alaskan forces make another landing try in french africa and reinforcements are sent to Sicily. Meanwhile airfields and harbours are made ready on Sicily for ALL allied forces to use.

The FBI and the CIA of america thought they had all the terrorist but one sliped past them. He set off a truck full of explosives next to a sky scraper. The sky scraper fell. The terrorist was caught by the FBI 2 days later. (das determines the damage & usa dont switch the story like you did last time)

The people of Paris were pissed off. They revolted the British envadors. The french troops outside of Paris soon saw a perfect opritunity when the british troops were breaking up riots. The army attack in one of the biggest battles ever. They were also reinforced by aircraft attacking british supply lines. So if the attack fails the british will starve. Also the U-boats have been attacking all supply ships bound for france. The president announced that he would stop terrorist attacks if all militaries of other countries would leave France immediatly. After the terrorist attack, airport security is increased to the highest levels in the world, it is impossible to come into the country without being identified and you cannot carry any weapons, including explosives.

Many drug dealers are caught, and in the USA, all foreigners are checked out. All those which have a possible link to terrorism are watched, and if one message from France reaches them, they will be immediately arrested and if the need be, executed.

These measures are taken by the USA to defend themselves. Also, the USA will now only accept incoming flights once they have landed in one of five remote airfields near the border and been checked as thoroughly as all USA planes are.

This will protect the USA from any more attacks, and now the CIA is sent in with a special target.

Ok I want to offer some suggestions and ask some questions...
As you know this war has been going on for a few months in game time yet already it looks like being over for the axis!!! I would please like to know how Russia seems to win all of its attacks and then when it is defeated retakes the area the next turn?
I've been defending for 90% of this war and it's only begun. I would have thought that a Russian counter-attack upon my forces in Hungary would have taken years of careful planning to succeed like the Allied invasion of Normandy in WWII. Yet it seems to have taken a month in game time!
My suggestion to make this war fairer would be this, because the Axis is far out-numbered by the Allies I suggest on these changes to the stats:
- Both France and Greeces air-forces are increased to large and made more advanced. This will give us air-superiority and slow down enemy invasions considerably until they discover new technology to combat our more advanced fighters and bombers.
- France and Greece's land forces are made into hardened well trained veterans. This will give us a chance against the massive amount of forces against us. While Persia is slightly updated and under-trained recruits.
This will mean:
The Allies will have far more soldiers but the Axis is better trained.
The Axis will have air-superiority until the Allies develop better air units.
The Allies will have sea-superiority, better ships and more ships than the Axis.
I know this may seem like whinging, and I guess it is really:p But my hopes are that this will make things fairer and help the Axis hold out longer making this a better game.

COUNTER-OOC - Well, haven't you saw the defeat at Scutari, adn that we win by sendign overwhelming numbers? Also, a very large problem is that I don't know exact numbers everywhere.

BATTLES:

- This time offensive is succesful in French Africa. Alaskans and Germans breakthroughs.

- Virginnian landings in Portugal are soon halted, but they manage to gain a beachead.

- Greek offensive of Baghdad fails to regain the city, but forces Chugunov to cancel his planned massive offensive southwards until more troops could be liberated from other frotns, due to heavy casualities delivered by Greek land and air forces.

- Greek offensive agaisnt Hugnarians and Russians was succesful, until Germans showed up, Germans eventually managed to reoccupy soem of regions lost by other allies, but even for Eliten Panzerkorps, Greek Special Forces were too strong.

- Persian Counterattack crushed the Allies by superior numbers. The only place in which they did fail was near Iraq, where Chugunsky made a firm stand, and once PEesians foudn otu who was resisting them, nad especially when he allowed enemy to pass through one of his lines of defencewithout any Russian resistance, Persians decided thatit's a trap and stopped this offensive.

- More Alaskan victories in Sicily.

- Since British didn't resist at all in Arabah, Greeks overrun what's left of this British colony.

"Desert Storm": British forces overrun surprisde Greek forces and trap 4th Marine and some smaller units in several pockets.

TETRIS Moves Southward: In a amssive tank battle, greeks were defeated but over 1000 tanks and 150000 men died from both sides, in a total bloodshed, but to the end, Greeks had to rretreat southwards and westward. However Russians also had a whole hell of battlefield, and they lsot more men and equipment then Greeks did, while Greeks managed to save their army from the brink of destruction by withdrawing.

As british troops are welcomed into the holy city of Jerusalem, reinforcements were recieved from the south. Now a massive force of 200,000 British marines and 1,000 tanks were ready for action. The task force pushed northwards, meeting a big Greek defense at the city of Beirut in Lebenon.....

Please do not charge the weak government of this crime because the ruler did it, not the country. The forces of France will not fire on your military but I cant promise for the militia. Also what are the terms of surrendure (PM me).

Soon after French capitulation, Persia was overrun by Russian and German troops. Then the GReek forces in the pockets have officially capitulated. Russian fordes were advancing all around the Greek fronts.

Black borders are new borders or borders of French oversea occesiosn lost to allies. Oh and fianlly, inside the black borders, there is a nation of France occupied by Dutch, British, Spanish and Germans for the following 2 years. Afterwards, electiosn would be held for new French government, and after a government is established, Allies and Spanish will leave remainders of France. During and after occupation period, UN and allies will help French rebuild their economy. Also, as I already mentioned there would be new nation of Spain in which the elctiosn would be held IMMIDIATELlY after armistace.

As we aready agreed on allies forum, the onyl way to keep peace to create new nations and secede soem territory to allied powers OUTSIDE of Greek ethnica homeland.
