Unique unit: Dunkirk Raider (Privateer)

Version 0.2 is uploaded and awaiting approval.

Please let me know what you think of it. This is my first attempt at a mod, although I have been playing Civ and Colonization since the beginning. See you soon.

You didn't change a thing to the UB and the UU. I like the idea of the Cloth Hall. Maybe an extra +15% gold would be nice. (Like the English bank)

The UU could be changed. Flandres wasn't a naval power. Maybe some sort of melee unit with a bonus vs. mounted units, remember the Gulden Sporenslag.
