yo-yo submarine: i'm at war with cath and i've posted a sub outside one of her cities. every couple of turns it gets chucked to just ouside the border.

naughty navy: same war. i try to attack a galleon and find it's on a hillside in a fort :lol:

no cheats:
there is a bug (that is in the fix list for the anticipated patch) where invisible units (aka submarines) get bumped away when an enemy unit occupies the same tile.
Forts act as harbors now, so having a ship in them is what they are supposed to be used for ;)

i didn't see any enemy unit. does pssing through do the same thing?
