Is there a way to start the Pacific campaign in 1939? The menu offers a 1939start for Europe, but not the Pacific that I can see.

1941 is a more logical start for the Pacific. Not 39.

Wouldn't '37 be a better start with the Japanese invasion of China.

37 is still 4 years off general war.
