Ok, bear with me through this one:) This 'world' may sound a bit confusing:

I have a PA with Cyrus and we have three vassals. We are at war with another PA, consisting of Boudica and Shaka. In the following save, I'm just about to capture the last celtic city. After doing this, I granted the four former celtic cities independence and Bismarck emerges as their new leader and declares war on Shaka. But on the advisor screen, Bismarck is for some reason also at war with China and France. I am at peace with them, and they didn't even have a DP with Shaka. There isn't even a notice on a DoW in the event log, other than to Shaka.

To reproduce:

- Capture the last celtic city (Tolosa)
- Grant independence to the four celtic cities on the island, and wait for Bismarck to appear. He should now be the only one at war with China and France.

Note: I'm using Varietas Delectat v1.7, though this is a graphic mod. So I doubt it has any influence.
