Does this unit have the highest number of promotions possible before spending any experience points?

According to my speculation, the total number of promotions would be:

Combat I (from Tokugawa's Aggressive trait)
Drill I (from Tokugawa's Protective trait)
City Garrison I (from Tokugawa's Protective trait)
Amphibious (from base unit - marine)
March (from American unique unit bonus promotion)
Medic I (from being built in the Red Cross city)

Sweet unit. I think also could be higher if you get a couple of random events like i had 2 that boosted my units versus archery and improved my pikemans attack etc.

A unit like that would have a single job, at hollywood...
