Guys and Gals, it looks like a pretty big hint that BTS is the last EP for the civ4 series.

It seems that there is a Civ4 :Complete being released for christmas

IMHO Complete = No more packs

Well one hmmmm no more expantions. And the doubt over another PC platform civ title.

And 18 quid! God I'd have been best waiting for that to come out! :p

Not too surprising; Civ3 also had 2 expansions. I also think we are to the point where BtS may get one final patch; everyone, put in your bugs now in the Bug Report forum!

Sad to say that complete is probably an understatement!

We want our throne rooms!!

(and Smac 2 please!)

I can live with just 2 expansions, as long as there are still patches for later bugs.

Now, bring on Colonization II!

I'm fine as long as they put Poland in Civ 5 ;)

Of course BtS is the last expansion. Just about everybody realized that from the beginning, save a few hopefuls. Seasnake will be disappointed, though.

With as much as they put into BTS, it's not surprising. I think if they put in much more, it might add "too much" to the game and would start to be confusing... maybe. Plus, with the amount of bugs from BTS, I don't think anyother expansion pack would be feasible.

Actually, I really like the way CivIV has evolved. I could have never dreamed of such a game when CivIII was out. Really nice game :goodjob:

Let's just hope CivV gets even better. I cannot imagine how, but you know, Sid is above Deity :p

It has always been like this:

Civ2: Holy Moley! Nice tile graphics and nice units and wonder movies omg hax
Civ3: WHAT? Sid is back? OMG OMG nice game. I sure can remember playing until the sun came out and I had to go to work. When I got back I played some more.... well... I slept for 2 days after that
Civ4: Baba Yetu and the intro was enough to get me started. And the game itself.... NICE!! I was crazy as hell, I just couldn't wait to the release.
Civ5: That's gotta be it, I'm so gonna die
