In truth, I found that Monty does quite good if he is Greek. Praetorians may be a bit too late for him, and he is y then a bit behind in tech then, but phalanxes are earlier and specially because I build chariots to counter AI's/barbarians axeman I almost got owned by him! :lol:

Justinian can warmonger with the best of 'em.

Ya seriously where is Monty? He is the king of the warmongers, I don't know how you can call that the list of the best warmongers in the game without Monty.
