Bought the expansion on thursday. AI seems to be much tougher now.

Like the UN, the AP resolutions will pop up every X turns (depends on your game speed). They only pop up if there is a valid resolution - with so few members, there's a decent chance that there are no such resolutions, so it'll just skip them.
