Okay, so I had to go to war with Huayna for oil. I've just declared peace and its about one turn afterward. As you can see, my troops are corralled in that city in the north now because of borders. Some tiles are obviously not improved because I got raided here and there and just haven't cleaned it up yet.

Charlemagne is probably a few turns away from declaring war on me (he did later on, this is an earlier save). I'm up technologically, but he sweeps in with a pretty large invasion force and takes my western most city. I managed to hold him at the next city.

I can't for the life of me get that Uranium next to one of my northern cities. I've had it for at least about 40 turns before it got nuked and I rebuilt it. I'm not trading it to anybody, so I don't understand why I don't have it. That not having Uranium really screwed me on navy since I just now got oil.

So how should I proceed?

Have u got Fission yet? U can see the Uranium with Physics, but not actually use it til Fission.

He doesn't have fission yet, so hopefully that's the problem.

If not, I have no idea whats wrong, since it's all connected correctly.

I guess I didn't know I had to have Fusion. But any advice on how to win this? I wanted to win via space race, but now I'm not so sure I can get it done.
