My wife and I play Civ4 Bts over a LAN and up until the 3.1.3 patch almost never got "Out of Synch" errors. Now we 3 or more in 45 minutes. We've rebooted both machines, switched the machine hosting the game and started fresh games. None of those attempts have made a difference. We both have XP SP2 with a gig or more of RAM and the network is 100 base T ethernet via a Linksys router. Anyone else experiencing this problem?:mad:

This is a known bug with the patch. (see here (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=245933) for details) basically you'll probably have to uninstall BtS (re)moving all custom assets, reinstall again and patch directly to 3.13 on both machines, this usually solves the problem :(
