I was playing CivIV:BTS while my brother was playing Age of Empires 2. He's talking to himself while playing. He says, "Cool! I'm capturing Constantinople as the Turks!" I say, "Wait, the Turks? If the Byzantines exist in the same time period, then they should be the Ottomans, not the Turks!"

Ya, stuff like that.

Ottomans = Turks. Same crap different name.

In Medieval 2: Total War it's the turks, and the player will capture Byzantium LONG before 1300 most likely.
