I had no problem modifying the vanilla Civ IV '.ini" file with "chipotle". When in game the "~" worked as the posts said it should. However, when I did the same thing with the BTS ".ini" file with "chipotle", the "~" key doesn't work. I did a search and read a post about using "alt-F4" to activate the cheat menu, after you've played for 45 minutes or more. What activates the cheat menu in BTS? I'm asking because when I use the World Builder's "City Mode" to increase the gold for, say, my capital city to 2,000, I noticed that every civ gets the same amount of gold added!

Civ 4 is alot like Civ 2. Just go to the world builder. I have to admit that on more than one occasion I started a game, went to world builder to see where all the resources were. I try not to though; but it is hard sometimes.

Every time you say "gay" and mean "stupid," you get a -1 diplo penalty with all civs that have researched Education.
