Not sure if this is the right place but ...

is there a way to change the color of the civs, specifically the barbarians. i would like to "play" a civ but I want to change the color to black!

Yeah, it's pretty simple really... look in the Assets/XML folder for the "Civilizations" folder and change the Civ color in the XML reserved for each Civ (I'm not in front of my home computer, so I can't quote the exact XML file, but it's pretty simple to figure-out and not hard at all to change the one line).
