Could someone consider breaking up the native american civ into different tribes (Apache, Creek, Croatan etc.) I really think that the creators dropped the ball on making that Civ. I'm aware they can't make every civ in the world and every great leader but condensing all the tribes in early America into one is just too much.
Thanks in advance

Actually I would like that as well, but what would be the traits?

Hmm that would require research but most would either have aggressive or protective. But here's are the tribes that I think should be represented
Iriquois
Leader Ayonwentah (Spiritual, Philosophical)
UU- Mohawk Warrior (Replaces axeman) +1 strength
UB Longhouse, (replaces library) -5% maintenance
Apache
Leader Mangas Coloradas (Protective, Aggressive)
UU Querechos (Replaces musket-man +25% when attacking cities)
UB Hogan (replaces granary +1 health with furs, silk)
Cherokee
leader John Ross (financial, Imdustrious), Dragging Canoe (Protective,Imperialistic)
Chickamauga (replaces maceman +25% against gunpowder units)
UB Stockade (replaces walls) (+50% defense instead of 25%)
more to come

Well I am not an expert but I would add the Mississippians. I did some Archeology in the Southeast US.

I would use linguistic groups to help. I will look for a map if you want it. I think you just want to stick to US and Canada.
But if you want to go beyond that. I would recommend the Olmecs but they were Mesoamerican and Carribean not strictly the pseudo "Native Americans". But then you will just have to add more and more groups later.

This is probably overkill, but here is US government list of original linguistic groups in the USA. I would have one at least from the bigger linguistic groups.
Here is link with the original pdf below.

Oh the Anasazi were good builders. The Mississippians were fairly organized but of course not always because the group was around a while. The Gulf group could represent the Mississippians area. Here was a large city of the Mississippians in the link below.

Enough rambling from me. I hope this is useful.

It is in the civilizations components forum. You can't miss it. I don't know for 3.13 but I'm sure it will be fixed quickly if not already.
