Bio:In 1921, The United States of Dogarica broke away from Russia to form a free society. They were mostly formed from highly evolved dogs and carried the financial teaching from their homeland, but not to that extreme.

Asking for 4 3d leaderheads for one civs seems like a little much. There are some good tutorials on this site that can show you how to make a civ.
