I think the concept of global warning is retarded and unfun, especially when it is tied to the usage of nukes. Can anyone tell me how to remove it, or make it so that nukes no longer cause global warming?

You should be able to change this value to 0 in the GlobalDefines.XML

Its line 725 in your GlobalDefines.xml! Just search for "GLOBAL_WARMING_PROB" ...

yes, use the search function of notepad or wordpad. Although I'd recommend getting notepad++ if your doing any modding

I'm using Notepad++ as well, its great if you want to do just a little .xml modding ^^
