Well, this is a great victory for me. I want to thank everyone at CivFanatics for good writeups and friendly players... (droning list of thanks) Anyway, I had some weed on Sul3 and my normal level was warlord. I decided to try Monarch, to see how badly my ass would get kicked... and it didnt at all. I have a writeup.

After the Training Day and other stuff, I have now moved up to regent. I picked horrid starts, wet, cold, 3 bill, archipelago, 80%water.
