I'm going for the Historical goal with Turkey.

The second goal is to control the balkan, the black sea and mesopotamia.

I've got Vienna, Lamburg, Eketarineburg, Keffa, Basra

No other civilization hold a land plot in mesopotamia or in the balkan, I've got all the sea plot in the black sea too. How come it doesn't trigger after I reach 1700?

Should do. I've won that one. Balkans from Greece right up to Vienna, control of entire shore of Black Sea including one city on the north shore, and all of Mesapotamia including Baghdad/Basra. Should control Red Sea to be sure.

ahh I had one tile of land diagonaly bordering the black sea that was preventing me to get that historical goal
