Hey all, this is not a story, I just wanted to share the funnest game I have ever played on Civ3. I started on Monarch, and it's on Marla's World map, with correct starting locations. I am the Russians

Ok, so the game startes, and I am off to a great start. The valley for Moscow quickly supported settlers that spread quickly. I soo controlled more then four cities. I had unintentionally blcoked off the European nations from the rest of Asia, quickly making me a foe when I kept on demanding their troops out of my territory. Soon, my nearest neighbor, Germany, declares war on me when I am not ready, only 5-6 cities, with only three cities connected to Moscow, and best unit is the archer. No attacks were made, and the peace treaty was signed quickly. After decades and decades of peace, I finally trade a right of passage agreenment with France for a hefty bargain, and French colonies quickly spread into the Tundra and Taiga above Russian territory, definetly unwanted by me. Finally, a new route was found by the European nations, through middle east. Roman, Italy, Greek and frech colonies sprung up in Eastern Russia. After expelling the Greeks form Germany and showing the nations my power ( I had at least 20 cities by now), Germany declared war on me again. Now this was fun, I killed them, totally annihilating them out of Europe, with my new technology of the Kinght. They, along with Greece, live only in Central Africa (where they had colonies), and some in far, far eastern Asia (by China and Japan). After the German-Russo war, I expanded into northern russia, and more and more east. By now I had half of Europe (small parts belonging to France, England and Rome). Rome soon was bothering me, so I declared war on them, which meant declaring war on the Enlgish (MPP). My all ready prepared kinghts in galleys were transported to England, where I easily took London. After suffering a few weak attacks from Rome, Enlgand offered peace and I took it. Rome and I were still at war, but the tables have turned with the discovery of gun powder and the construction of Cossacks by me. The Romans still fought vigerously, but with the fall of two colony cities in Eastern Russia and the fall of Antium, close to Rome, Rome offered peace. I took it in order for me to regroup and build cossacks. After a sizeale army, I have redeclared War on Romans, but the citizens of London switched back to English rules :(, even though I have a 20% luxury! Anyways, thats where i stand at now, any suggestions on what to do next?

Here is a picture of the current situation and my empire. Please note that Russia still stretches far into the east and north.

Kick everyones ass in europe and then start your long trek to asia. After that trek to africa, anihilate everyone and everything and go to american continents. By then, judging from the map, atzecs and iroquois will most likely be left. That is when you should have nukes and will be nukin everyone and everything. Also explore the Indian and pacific oceans for small colonies of civilization and wipe em out!!!!!!!!!

Thats not that much! Check out this game that I won:

Im not going into the history of it, as it is very long, but I'll tell ytou that it is nucleur age, Japan owned all of europe, Some other civs in the Americas (aztecs, persians and Russians, I think), America in Australia, Greece in most of Asia and middle east. I quickly waged war against Japan with Greece's help, then destroyed Greece with nucleur weapons, and took athens in India. I took all the Japanese/Greece cities in the middle east, so as to keep my oil supply. I then attacked America, and nuked a couple places. I colonized Indonesia and New Zealond, and then invaded. This was my first civ3 game, too.

This game may not have too many citites, but I do have a hell of a lot of land!

I've had that screwed up positioning. I played as america on a standard world map once, the zulus shared north america with india, the greeks had southern america, don't remember who had africa, but england/babylon shared europe/asia, I had australia, new zealand and the few surrounding islands. And I still managed a diplomatic victory. :D
