you can't. Warlords scenarios are not included in BTS.

Sorry for the ambiguity. I mean if both Warlords & BTS are installed, how to play a Warlords scenario after starting BTS?:p

Just put the Warlords disc in and play the scenario normally. It won't have any of BtS's features, but there's no way of doing that without editing the mod yourself.
