Plz, dont be idiotic. "Both" is not a good answer. In BTS, I vote for "More Cities" is good to win a game. Sometimes I never build any wonders. I know all wonders are useful but making more cities is better. I think Org is much better than Ind trait in BTS. Of course, Agg is the best.

Yes, that's why Agg is the best. A WAR is the best way in BTS. A war gives you many cities.
dragodon64 Oct 30, 2007, 08:36 PM A war's also a headache to manage on my PC. I greatly prefer cruising smoothly through the wonder-ful history of my civ to a rel/dip/cul/spa victory over bloodying my hands over 2-3 times.
