I have a prince game getting off to a good start. However, I've run into an economic roadblock and I'm starting to lose money. I'm surrounded by three other guys and as crowded as it is I know things will eventually come to blows and it will be me they come after. So I'd like to finish them off first but I don't know how I should approach it without strangling my economy. Gilgamesh is close by but he's more friendly and I might want to enlist his aid in another attack, Hammurabi is not much farther but has his special unit in its prime around now. Wang Kon is weaker but very far off. I want to get rid of these guys sooner than later but do I have to raze all the cities to do it?

I'd also like to know how my city placement is. New York looks like a bad spot but I couldn't ignore the blue circles.

Don't pay attention to blue circles. They don't take into account what your economic strategy might be. They mostly, in my experience, are about resource access.

ANyway don't go for Wang Kong he is too far away. Take out hammurabi. Beeline to construction and use extra cats. Bowmen are not that strong. I'd be much more afarid of vultures.

Yeah, I was leaning toward hammurabi, Gilgamesh doesn't seem to have access to copper though so he might be vulnerable. Wang Kon's holy city looked mighty tasty though...especially since he is swimming in barbarians...oh well
