Im playing Rhye's with BTS and i have noticed that many of the congress voting results will come late (for example in the next congress) or not at all. Im not sure, but it seems the effect will also take place only when the results screen pops up after the voting, so sometimes nobody gets anything. This does not happen when i demand a city or somebody else demands my city. I didnt have this problem with earlier versions of Rhye's. Anybody else have same problem, any solutions for this?

I second that. Congresses seem kind of silly in the late modern / future era.

I have had the same problem in BTS. Sometimes it is fixed by waiting for the results of each vote before casting the next vote.

But sometimes THAT gets long, too... In my case anyway....

Hrmm... the problem that I've been having is that I will be invited to a Congress, I'll accept the invitation, and then two turns later be told that a Congress is taking place and that I wasn't invited. Um, did Civ4 just uninvite me from their party? Very rude.:nono:

fyi i've found an error inside the Congress code. Fixing that may have solved some of your problems
