I don't know if this is intentional, but since the new patch it seems that the UN and Apostolic Palace can coexist (like in the real world  ) and have totally antagonistic resolutions, e.g. with regards to declaring peace and opening borders. Does mass media need to be discovered by the civ that controls the Apostolic Palace to make it obsolete?
(I like the free Christian hammers, so the current state of affairs is actually good.)

I've never seen the Apostolic Palace become obsolete, actually.

Yeah, I think the AP owner needs to discover Mass Media to make it obsolete, as with any other wonder. If you want to test it, research Mass Media and give it to the AP owner (assuming that's not you).

"Any other wonder" doesn't become obsolete, and if they do it is written in the description, while I don't remember any red warning about obsoleting the AP.

I was only talking about the wonders that do go obsolete. Also:

Maybe it didn't in an earlier version of BtS, though (that shot's from 3.13).

Interesting, I don't remember seeing it before actually. It may either be a new 3.13 feature or a RFC feature. In the end, does it work ?
