nope not at all, and as far as i know, you cant play warlords maps on BtS. Course i never tried.

You can play both Vanilla and Warlords maps on BtS so there's really no need to convert them as far as I know. You don't even need Warlords installed to play Warlords maps, both Vanilla and Warlords maps show up under Play a Scenario/Custom Scenario.

The link to the map seems to be broken. Or am I doing something wrong?

If the link is broken, has someone a working link to this or an alternative map (small or even tiny earth with a few civs).
