Wars in AC is not beneficial for most of the time... the two sides that fought are weakened while others are not. Even if you win you always lose tokens.

EDIT: My favourite memory was taking out three Stukas which were flying wing tip to wingtip. I came up from underneath from there six to avoid there rear gun fire and cutting speed sprayed the entire formation. They all went down very fast. :D (The controls were all that advanced at that stage. You could play with a mouse and keyboard but it was an fantasic game on the AMIGA)

BTW: I relised this but your spitfire cant follow the 109 in a steep verticle climb without stalling, without super chargers to pump air and fuel into the engines your stalled plane would mean you were dead. Your airspeed would plumet as the engine had to be restarted and you struggled to regain control of the aircraft. Easy meat for the climbing 109 which had performed the verticle sisscors move without stalling. Thankfully the AI wasnt that advanced but it was suprising that they modelled so much of the real fighter mechanics in the game.

It isn't. It's from the website Generation5. I just searched the game in google images and got the first picture. Carmen you're kind of in the right direction. It's an RPG/FPS type game but it's much more linear than Oblivion.

I think I played the demo of that, but can't remember the name.
Was it an insanely difficult FPS with some RPG aspects, set in mythology ?

It had some mythological elements in it but it had more of a focus on sci-fi than on mythology. It just so happens that the level the screenshot is of is set in Ancient Greece.

Quake 2 engine (i think), SciFi/Fantasy setting, not a Hexen remake,...

Indeed it is. John Romero's "brainchild" was overhyped and ended up being a terrible game.

That was a good question! I reckon everybody has heard of Daikatana, in some way or another, but very few have actually played it.

I wasn't sure when i posted it, but i'm positive now. Age is obviously beginning to get to me. Better start making notes about important stuff (Kan: exterminate!).

It's BaSS, but the genre is correct, more or less.
