Two things- AI always tries to stop a war against himself, even if he is Shaka or Monty, lol. Even if its planned.

Also, AP elections never pop up, for ages, but there are always leader elections (which i win). Wtf? ive patched up, and am not on FR. WtF?

the second isn't a bug. the AP doesn't have a list of "always applicable" resolutions like the UN does, the proposals depend on the situation in the world at the moment. it's entirely possible (and quite boring) to go for thousands and thousands of years with no possible votes at all. i'm gonna go edit my reply in your other thread to give more details about that.
