The modern era has been spiced up with corporations, more units and tactical nukes, so I've been starting some games in the modern era lately.

But it's not so funny I thought it would be. I think the problems are that I can build the wonders from earlier eras, especially the national wonders are bothering me. (no Ironworks or National Epic...) The settlers are also very expensive, so it's hard to expand.

So, do anyone know how to fix this by modding? Is it easy or do I have to go deep in? Are there any mods that have some similar changes to this?
