I was wondering after I turned on game.toggledebugmode for civ 4 and using some of the cheats can I turn it off after that and have the cheats in effect?

I wish everybody who cheats gets a "-4 for cheating" with his opponents. Would also be nice if the UN or the Apos. Palace could vote to forbit Cheating :D

Meh, let people play how they want too. It doesn't effect you in anyway, so why not let them have their cake and eat it too?
