i would like to see a mod similar to the next war mod. with earlier advance tech or more advance tech.
with civs with later ub and uu (example: America ub-mall uu-navy seal)
basically a sci-fi mod with as little science as you please
(i have loads of ideas but no skill to put them into work)

I like the idea, but I just know some simple XML. Mayby you could try to look for some turorials in the forums. It's not to hard once you understand the basics. BTW how do you have a science fiction mod without science?

i didn't say no science just as little as you please. (i figure there will be a natural limit.)
