i wasn't sure this was happening at first, but after 6 or 7 times....

what happens is that the .ini file intermittently goes back to default. i've set it to load a mod, not show intro movie, and some other stuff, but i'll go back to play it and all those settings are gone as if i'd never changed it. wassup?

there have been multiple reports of this - no real solution but you can do this: change the .ini in a way that suits you, then set it to read only. This does save your settings but disallows the game to save what map type etc. you used last...

i'll try that. i really only need to load a mod from start without intro movie, anything else i can live with.
