i get missing shader library error

i got vista 32 bit home premium
2 gb ram nvidia 8600 gts

i updated using in game updater can anyone help is anyone having the same issue?

Did you update DirectX 9.0c?

i have version 10 remember vista = dx 10
plus i have 9.0c fro0m when i originaly installed vanila it was included
