Since updating to BTS version 3.13 the culture bonus isnīt shown anymore when I scroll over the buildings in the city menu. Anyone notice this? Itīs pretty annoying to have to consult the civilopedia to find out how much culture a building (or wonder) generates

you could make the change in the SDK files and compile the cvgamecoredll.dll yourself - I am sure Bhruic will be happy to tell you what the change was (in fact he does provide the source code for his changes with his patch - so you could isolate that and make just this change yourself) - it is quite some work though ;)
Or you could wait and hope for another official patch :mischief:

It shows on existing buildings but not on the mouseover on the build menu. Very irritating bug.

Isn't Bhruic's patch just going to mess up your install once a new official one is released? What's all your plans to do if that happens?

It will not mess up anything. Unless Firaxis changes the way their patches work for the very last of their Civ4 patches it will simply overwrite the dll that Bhruic has made.
Also check the thread for his patch I posted simple instructions on how to make Bhruic's changes a mod in case you do not want to install it over the official files - this way nothing will happen and you can always chose if you want to use his changes or not :)

sounds too complicated to me...i'll stick to waiting for official patch, but man what's the deal with patches these days? yes, it's nice to implement fixes and new features into the game, but c'mon why mess things up that were working fine before and create whole new set of problems???

I don't know why so many people say that. You just have to overwrite one file.
