I'm playing a straight up marathon game as the Vikings in Chieftain difficulty. The Persians under Darius I have the Representation civic. Everyone including him is in the ancient era and it isn't AD yet. I checked his techs through world editor and he is not much farther along than I am.

I'm pretty sure this shouldn't happen. I hope it doesn't give him an advantage, I might take it away from the WE if I can.
