I had a significant snafu with the editor I use to change various civ files - and ended up overwriting my backups.

I'd like to uninstall BTS - then do a fresh install and re-patch.

However - I cannot seem to uninstall BTS... There doesn't seem to be an uninstall exe for BTS - and no options appear on any of the menus. I tried the usual windows uninstaller, but I'm getting an error that reports nothing but direct me to the 2k site (where I can find nothing).

I tried to just reinstall - but of course, v3.13 detected - install cancelled.

Do I need to completely uninstall civ4 vanilla? Just wipe the Firaxis directory clean?

This is rather frustrating!

Most likely you just need to delete the relevant registry entires for BtS if you are conversant with the method.

Have not done it myself but I am sure someone on the forum will be able to give you a description.
