A question and a feature request...

The question: is there a "base gold" or "base research" option? I see base commerce -- but it would be nice to also see the gold and research totals before building multipliers. For example, if I was looking to see which city should get Wall Street, base commerce isn't enough; I also need to know gold from shrines, settled merchants, et cetera.

Feature request: the domestic advisor would be so much easier to use if there were tool tips; e.g. if I could hover over the title for a column and get a little popup that tells me just what that column is telling me... or telling me just what that customization button does.
