what version are you playing (Civ4, Warlords, Beyond the Sword)? What patch version?

a am playing civialization 4 complete
and i have not installed any patch because the are non vor civ 4 complete

the memory allocation failure is a problem that is caused by poor memory management by civilization 4. It should only rarely occur when you use Beyond the Sword (which is part of complete) - since some of this poor memory management has been fixed in BtS.
The next cause for it is: you run out of memory - if you have little RAM you might want to increase the size of the swap file Windows uses.
Complete is patched to date so there are indeed no patches.

my memory is 600mb
my hard drive is now 28GB from 70GB

but how do i increase my ram
